Estate Planning Documents: $350

One price whether you're planning alone or with a spouse.  Trust & Will charges $499 for an individual plan and $589 for a couple.

What This Is

I resell trust-based estate plans from Trust & Will, an independent online estate planning platform.  You complete their guided questionnaire yourself and receive state-specific documents:

  •  Revocable Living Trust

  • Pour-Over Will

  • Schedule of Assets

  • Certification of Trust

  • Financial Power of Attorney

  • Living Will

  • HIPAA Authorization

Trust & Will member support is included.  Attorney support in your own state can be added for $300, paid to them.

What This Is Not

This is a product I resell.  It is not legal services, and buying it does not make me your attorney.

My involvement ends when I email you the activation link.  I won't advise you on which documents you need, help you answer the questionnaire, tell you how to title assets or whom to name in any role, or review your finished documents.

I'm licensed to practice law in Colorado, and I don't practice estate planning in Colorado or anywhere else. My practice is business structuring. This sits outside it.

Before You Buy

An online plan works well for many people and is wrong for others.

Don't buy this if any of these apply:

  • Your estate is over the federal or your state's estate tax threshold

  • You need something other than a revocable living or testamentary trust

  • You have a blended family and want to divide assets unevenly among children

  • You want conditions attached to an inheritance

  • You own property in three or more states outside an LLC

  • You want a corporate trustee whose service depends on specific trust language

If any of these describes you, hire an estate planning attorney licensed in your state.  The documents produced here won't do what you need.

How It Works

1.  Read this page.
2.  Tell me you'd like to proceed.
3.  I send an invoice for $350.
4.  You pay.
5.  I email your Trust & Will activation link within one business day.
6.  Everything after that is between you and Trust & Will.
7.  You sign, witness, and notarize.  Documents aren't effective until you do.
8.  You fund the trust.  A trust that owns nothing accomplishes nothing.

Disclosure

I buy these plans in volume at a discount and profit on each sale.  You can buy directly from Trust & Will at any time, and I'd encourage you to compare.
